Heirs of A Woodley to William Woodley
This indenture made the Eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight-hundred and sixty four Between Mathias Woodley of the state of Wisconsin & Julian his wife, George Schuler & Sarah his wife, Cornelius Woodley, Frank Woodley and Lucinda his wife, John Shuler Guardian of Austin W. Schuler, Jared Woodley and Cate J his wife of Washington Township Lycoming County Peena, & Henry Steinplelfer and Harriet his wife of Williamsport County and State State last mentioned of the first part, Heirs of Anthony Woodley State of said Washington Township Deceased and William Woodley of said Washington Township County and State aforesaid of the second part witnesseth that the said Party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of nine hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at and before the sealing delivery of these present. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoff released and confirmed and by these present doth grant bargain, sel alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns all that certain messuage tenement or piece of land situate in the aforesaid Township County and State of Penna in the village of Elimsport Bounded and described as follows viz Beginning at a stone thence by school house lot & land of Heys and Brothers North thirty one degrees east thirty one perches and four tenths to a stone thence by lands of Allen and Bailey north seventy five degrees west forty one perches to a stone thence by land of Jacob Baily and wad leading from Elimsport North towards Williamsport South eleven degrees West Ninety four perches and seven tenths to a post. Thence South ninety Nine degrees east thirteen perches and five tenths to a post thence thence South along main street thirty three degrees East to the corner of church lot and place of beginning containing seven acres and sixty eight perches neat measure. The above described tract a piece of land is part of a larger tract of land which Sarah Brinton & others executors of the last will and testament of John Brinton decd. late of the City of Philadelphia by their indenture dated 29th day of June AD 1829 and the executory of Wm Bell late of Philadelphia decd. by indenture indorsed on said indenture bearing date therewith did confirm the said large tract to Jacob Baily & to his heirs and assigns see Record at Williamsport in the Deed Book Page 390 and the said Jacob Bailey and Christianna his wife by their indenture bearing date the 5th day of January AD 1828 did grant the above described piece or tract of land in connection with other lands to Samuel Bellman and to his heirs and assigns as in and by said recited Indenture Recorded in the Office at Williamsport in Deed Book T Page 297 will fully appear and the said Samuel Bellman & Catharine his wife by indenture bearing date the 6th day of March AD 1859 did grant the same to Wm C Denller se Record a Williamsport Deed Book Ro Ro Page

700 and 701 this 13th day of March AD 1861 and the said Wm Dennler Christiana his wife by indenture bearing date the 3rd day of April AD 1861 did grant the same unto Geor Richart by indenture dated 3rd day of April AD 1861 and the said George Richart & Hannah his wife by indenture dated the 14th day of April AD 1864 did grant the same unto Anthony Woodley Decd. the father of the above named heirs and granters reference to the above Records will fully appear. Together with all and singular the improvements appurtenances ways waters water Houses Rights liberties Privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversions and Remainders. Rents Issues and rights thereof and all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first and their heirs in law equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part thereof to have and to hold the said tract of seven acres and sixty eight perches with the Hereditaments and Premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the Appurtenances above described unto the said party of the second part his Heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behalf of the said Party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever and the said party of the first part their Heirs Executors and Administrators do by these present covenant grant and agree to and with the said of the second part his Heirs and Assigns that they the said Party of the first part their Heirs all and singular the Hereditaments and Premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the Appurtenances unto the said Party of the second part his Heirs and Assigns against them the said Party of the first part ... Heirs and against all and every other Person or Persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof shall and will ... and forever defend. Deed - Heirs of A. Woodley to Solomen & Peter Sheddy
This Indenture made the day of eleventh of October in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty Six. Between Mathias Woodley and July Ann his wife and Cornelius Woodley all of Wisconsin. By their attorney in fact George Schuler of Washington Township Lycoming County Pa, Franklin Woodley and Lucy his wife, Jared Woodley and Kate his wife, Geo. Shuler and Sarah his wife, Austin Shuler by his Guardian __ John Shuler, Robt A. Woodley J. H. Woodly & Saml D. Woodley by their guardian Robt. Dunbar all of said Washington Township & Henry Stinefelfer and Harriet his wife of Williamsport of the first part and Solomen Sheddy who is to have the three fourths of the following described messurage or tract of Land and Peter Sheddy who is to have the remaining one fourth of the following described messurage or tract of land which are of the second part: Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of three thousand four hundred dollars Said Solomen Sheddy pay the three fourths and the said Peter Sheddy the remaining one fourth of said purchase money lawful money of the United States of America well and truly paid by the said party of the second part to the said party of the first part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released conveyed and transferred and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part their heirs and assigns All of that certain messurage or tract of Land Situate in said Washington Township County and State aforesaid, Bounded and described as follows: viz. Thence by the Same South fourteen East twelve perches to a Lime Stone. Thence By the Same South Seventy Six East Sixty three perches to a limestone and place of Beginning. Being parts of two different warrants No. 1 being one of the parts of land divided by virtue of a certain petition issued By the Court of Lycoming County Bearing test at Williamsport the Sixteenth day of October A.D. 1832. was duly allotted to Danl. Stinemets Esq. & to his heirs and assigns which remains among the records of December Term 1832 and the said Danl. Stinemets did By his Indenture Bearing date 21 day of May 1834 convey the part of above with other lands to George Shaffer & to his heirs & assigns (which Indenture is recorded in Williamsport the 26th day of March A.D. 1841 in Deed Book B"B" Page 214 as will appear the last Indenture as described in Deed Book B"B" page 214 is the indenture from George Shaffer to Anthony Woodley late of said Washington Township decd. for a part of the above messurage. No 2 Being part of the above which was granted to the said Anthony Woodley By Indenture from John Graff Bearing date the 16th day of April A.D. 1849 which was held by Pattent Bearing date the 13th day of September A.D. 1836 granted to George Chapman & the said George Chapman did convey 16 acres & 45 perches to the said John Groff. Also No. 3 which is included in the above containing 21 acres & 63 perches held under the same Pattent and conveyed by the same person unto the said Anthony Woodley. By indenture bearing date 29 of Dec 1850 the above grantees are legal heirs of said Anthony Woodley decd. Reference to the above will fully appears Together with all and singular the Buildings improvements woods ways rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and every part and parcel thereof and also all the Estate right title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever. Both in Law and Equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the said premises with the appurtenances thereto belonging. To have and to hold the said premises with all and singular the appurtenances unto the said party of the Second part their heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and Behoof of the said party of the second part their heirs and assigns forever.
